5/14/22 SUP Shop & Gospel Shared

The place that God led us to park and sleep last night in Ventura brought us to Kathrin, at her SUP shop, when we took a morning stroll. We heard her story and shared our testimonies over the last hour. She is a yoga teacher and a Reiki master, and worked with shamans. She is totally open to us and she said; "You have rocked my world".  We prayed for her back pain and for her two adult children that have deep challenges in there life. She said; "Keep working with me."

Later we came back to her shop, as she was open to hearing the gospel. Skye forgot all about the pain in his back as he shared the gospel and I read some scriptures. We praise God for the honor to do so and the seeds that were planted. She recognizes that she's not super open to receiving the free gift of salvation from Jesus and is still in sin.  She recognizes she needs the next step of repentance, but isn't ready for that yet but she said she wants more dialogue! We prayed for and told her to ask Jesus to reveal Himself more to her and to draw her heart more towards repentance. She said with an openness and inquisitiveness, “Yeah, what I’ve heard is totally upside down of what I’ve believed in, so I’m going to need some time to digest this.” And she gave Skye that really cool hat!

Now we are at interstate battery where we encouraged and prayed for Juan and his family.  He is replacing our battery under warranty and upgrading it to one with a better cranking battery (900 cold cranking amps vs 730)! Praise God!! Your mercies are new every moment….great is your faithfulness!!! We love you Jesus!!
